Grew up in the small Southern FS town Koffiefontein, matriculated there and went on to study B.com Fin Man and B.com Hons Fin Economics and Investment Management at UOFS.

Worked as an accountant for 3years, and then came Idols 6, came 5th, after which I became a full-time musician, writing my own Afrikaans rock songs, and will be working on a solo album soon.

For now, the biggest production I am busy with, is the duo, VonWest, with SA tenor Dewald Von Solms...signed by Gallo Records and we will start touring SA soon, and the album will be launched across SA as well.
